The Abierto Los Cabos is considered the largest and most important tennis event in Latin America and many of the men’s top heavyweights are returning to this stunning tennis tournament in the hope of honing their craft in preparation for the U.S. Open.

Britain’s Cameron Norrie was crowned the champion here last year against fledgling Brandon Nakashima and is looking to make it two on the bounce. While Daniil Medvedev returns after the Russian was forced to miss Wimbledon in a much-talked-about controversial decision.

Cameron Norrie – The Brit won it here last year as he put the rising star Brandon Nakashima to the sword 6-2, 6-2.

Diego Schwartzman – The Argentinian won it in 2019 against Taylor Fritz 7-6(6), 6-3.

Fabio Fognini – The Italian threw down the gauntlet against tennis royalty Juan Martin del Potro 6-4, 6-2 in 2018.

Sam Querrey – The Delray Beach Open champion dispatched Thanasi Kokkinakis 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 in 2017.
